Allergy symptoms and allergic rhinitis are common. Allergy symptoms include a runny nose, congestion, sneezing, and sore throat.

Sometimes allergy symptoms include itching of the eyes and nose. Common allergy symptoms related to allergic rhinitis can also include breathing through the mouth.

Allergy symptoms can occur secondary to normal everyday environmental exposure to substances such as pollen, animal dander, and dust.
