Mesothelioma is a form of lung cancer associated with asbestos and smoking. Large settlements have been given to people with the diagnosis of mesothelioma.

Mesothelioma Symptoms: Mesothelioma symptoms can be nonspecific and include:


Chest pain: Patients may develop chest pain because tumor involvement of the pleura or chest wall.


Shortness of breath: Dyspnea can develop when a pleural effusion occurs. A pleural effusion is a collection of fluid around the lung.

Fatigue: Fatigue is the most common mesothelioma symptom. Decreased appetite: Decreased appetite is a common Mesothelioma symptom.

Other Mesothelioma symptoms include weight loss, cough, and recurrent pneumonia.
