Myelofibrosis symptoms occur in people with the myeloproliferative disease known as myelofibrosis. This is associated with fibrosis of the bone marrow.

Many people have no symptoms of myelofibrosis.  Myelofibrosis symptoms may include anemia, abdominal pain secondary to an enlarged spleen, bruising, bleeding, weight loss, and night sweats.

Other symptoms of myelofibrosis may include bone pain, shortness of breath, fever, generalized malaise, and fatigue.
