Premenstrual syndrome symptoms (PMS symptoms) are generally characterized by emotional and physical changes that are seen in some women for a period of 7 days prior to regular menstrual periods.

PMS symptoms include fluid retention, bloating, weight gain, breast swelling, headaches and fatigue.


Other PMS symptoms include irritability, anxiety, difficulty with concentration, and depression. .
