Polycystic ovary syndrome symptoms occur in women with PCOS. Polycystic ovary disease symptoms include obesity, hirsutism, enlarged polycystic ovaries, and glucose intolerance.


Sometimes people with polycystic ovary disease may have a condition known as acanthosis nigricans, which is characterized by a dark discoloration the skin of the neck groin or axilla.


Other polycystic ovary disease symptoms include amenorrhea, abnormal uterine bleeding, difficulty with fertility, weight gain, and oily skin.
