Breathing problems are difficult to ignore. The most common breathing problem is dyspnea. This is characterized by difficulty breathing. Sometimes breathing problems can occur at rest or with activity. Other breathing problems include coughing, wheezing, and painful breathing. We all have the experience dyspnea when we undertake physical activity. The causes of breathing problems can be separated into the groups below.
