Flecainide causes a decrease in intracardiac conduction throughout the heart
with increased effects on the HIS-perkinge conduction. |

Flecainide is contraindicated in patients with a history of second or third
degree AV block. It is also contraindicated in patients with a right bundle
branch block when associated with a left hemiblock. |

single dose of Flecainide is approximately 20 hours, however with multiple
